Terms of Service

By accessing or using CollegeIQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. CollegeIQ is operated by Nextep Solution, registered in Uttarakhand, India.

The Platform is intended for use by students, parents, and guardians exploring higher education options in India. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent before registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Not share your account with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@collegeiq.in • Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

CollegeIQ provides college information, placement data, fees, and scholarship details sourced from colleges, public databases, and community contributions. While we strive for accuracy: • We do not guarantee the completeness or current accuracy of college data • Placement statistics are indicative and may vary by batch • Fee structures are subject to change by respective institutions • Always verify critical information directly with the college before making decisions

The CollegeIQ Referral Program allows registered users to earn rewards when referred users enroll in partner colleges. Key terms: • Rewards are paid only upon successful enrollment confirmation from partner colleges • Referral rewards are subject to verification and may take 30-60 days to process • CollegeIQ reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraud or abuse is suspected • Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value until a withdrawal is initiated • Tax liability on referral earnings rests with the earner (TDS may be deducted per applicable law) • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

Wallet balances represent accumulated referral rewards. Withdrawals are subject to: • Minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹500 • KYC verification requirement for withdrawals above ₹10,000 • Processing time of 5-7 business days • Valid Indian bank account or UPI ID CollegeIQ is not a financial institution and wallet balances do not earn interest.

You agree not to: • Submit false or misleading information about yourself or others • Artificially generate referral rewards through fake accounts or self-referral • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without written permission • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law

All content on the Platform — including the CollegeIQ name, logo, AI matching algorithms, design, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Nextep Solution. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that admission or scholarship outcomes will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Nextep Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on college data or referral expectations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
